Kevin Buetts of Pocatello, Idaho went from pulling arms at local bars as a teenager to standing on the world stage in Loutraki, Greece, where he went undefeated to win the 2024 IFA World Armwrestling Championship. Now in his 40s, Buetts overcame a career-threatening spinal surgery and a heart attack to claim the title -- then announced his retirement on top. His kids Austin and Madison have both won gold at IFA worlds too, making the Buetts family an arm wrestling dynasty.
